The mini excavator ranges in width from 1 m to 1.5 m and weighs between 1,400 kg and 4,000 kg. Digging depth ranges from 1.8 m to approximately 3.5 m.
Models weighing up to 2,700 kg can be legally transported with a category B and M driving licence.
These are invaluable machines for excavating foundations for fences and buildings, trenches, septic tanks, and more. Auxiliary hydraulic outputs allow the use of a grab, auger, breaker, and other attachments.
Fitted with rubber tracks and either canopies or enclosed cabs, these machines are the most popular in the compact class.
